Play and Pleasure is a 1o-week small group (maximum 9 participants) educational and experiential program for those longing to step OUT of a sense of being broken, disconnected, and not enough when it comes to their sexual expression ...and step IN to a fuller, freer, more easeful and pleasureful, erotic expression and connection..

 

This group, through tailored education, therapeutic exercises, embodied pleasure practices, and intimate group dialogue,is all about taking the pressure off and venturing down a different: more vivacious, fun, and empowering path to discover, explore and ENJOY your sexual being and expression.

NOT trying to force yourself to rise to expectations, beliefs, shoulds,

NOT healing what's "wrong with you"

NOT having a trauma focus. Trauma informs us - but it is merely a slice of the whole. 

 

We are all erotic beings. You are already an erotic being full of capacity to experience play and pleasure. Eroticism is about so much more than the desire and performance of sex acts. Eroticism  includes pleasure, vitality, sensuality, creativity, and warmth. It includes YOU!

play and pleasure is for you if...

  • you are struggling to feel at ease expressing yourself sexually

  • you feel disconnected from your eroticism - on your own and/or with intimate partners.

  • intimacy makes you feel tight, nervous, not enough, broken - and you're tired of feeling, and being seen, that way!

  • you feel uncomfortable being sexual with your partner(s)

  • you want to want to

  • you think sex/being sexual is for other people, not you

  • feel lilke you're gonna cave under the perfomance pressure

  • avoid deepening your sexual journey cause you are tired of constantly processing trauma and deepening the narrative that you are "damaged goods"

Play and pleasure is for everyone ;) ...but specifically to this group:

  • you yearn to:

    • melt into pleasure and feel at home within your erotic being

    • meet eroticism, sexuality, and intimacy with excitment, curiousity, and joy

    • stay present, embodied, and in pleasure when sharing intimacy

    • be held with compassion, understanding, and faith in your wholeness

    • discover, explore, and enjoy your playful pleasure...THRU ACTUAL PLAY AND PLEASURE. 

what to expect

What Play and Pleasure includes:

  • 10 sessions - 90 minute each -  via Zoom

  • Each 90 minute session includes-

    • tailored, specific, relevant education

    • intimate group discussion with like-minded folks who get it

    • going thru a therapeutic exercise (from Somatic IFS (Internal Family Systems), or AAIT (Acceptance and Integration Training), etc. 

  • small group break outs to deepen connection and accountability

    • everyone will either be paired up, or in a group of three

How much?

  • Sliding scale, but base tuition is $555
