No nudity, genitals won’t be engaged - wear something sexy to you: nothing will be exposed,however, we will need uncovered skin to practice massage techniques directly on skin

Twin or Queen size sheets & small blanket or towel

Non-Scented lotion or appropriate massage oil in a sealed container

5 everyday items to experiment with - kitchen utensils and hardware stores can be good inspiration
