Soul Spelunking

That's right! Just a peak!... I'm already so nervous about this one, it took a lot of time for me to just do it.... I want to be transparent though. I want to share my story. I want to offer a REAL look at what spiritual and personal development work looks like in this life because I think idealized ideas are undermining.... even though, no, DESPITE the fact that, that this process is pretty vulnerable, dark, lame, gross, ugly, etc. sometimes.

Today I am working on goals, I've got a lot of them. Some of them pretty lofty like loving and accepting my and others' full selves. Some pretty basic like having a perfect body, which is of course sickeningly idealistic and maybe controversially specific... (maybe I want to be less than 20%bf and still have a 38" butt). Some a little.. vulnerable... trying to embody sexual confidence....

So I'm wrapping up an 8 week Curate your State course - A stress reduction course using AAIT™ and last week we learned how to use an exercise called Deep PEAT 4 (DP4) to improve goal achievement. I'm so excited and hope it works! I have my doubts of course, but so far AAIT has been really life changing for me, my cohort of other practitioners, and my clients - so I have faith too.

So progress so far? Well of course the first goals I worked on were sex and money related..... I'll let ya know how it goes.

Here is the morning mindset for today: If I had already achieved X goal I would believe....; My habits would be ....; ...... would no longer stop me/be a factor.

You can find more morning mindsets, practical tools, tips, inspiration, and uplifting things on my facebook and instagram

If this is resonating with you and you want to bust through some mental muck to unleash your full potential - call me up! I can and would love to help you with that.
